Valentine’s Day is still a few weeks away, but the TibiaFanart.com team is already slowly preparing for this special day filled with warmth and love to inspire you with more beautiful decorations!

On this occasion, we have prepared a contest for you, for the most beautiful Valentine’s Day decorations! This can be both a decoration of your houses and a decorated area on the map in the game. The style of decoration is up to you. So if you fancy decorating your house in a truly amorous mood, creating a romantic atmosphere somewhere on the edge of the Tibia map, or interestingly created shapes, this is something for you!

Rules:

You can submit your contest entries in the following period: from the announcement of the contest on January 20 to the server safe (10:00 CEST) on 13 February.

Your decoration must be in any way related to Valentine’s Day.

You should submit two versions of screenshots. One with the text spoken by your character: “TibiaFanart.com – Valentine’s Day Decorations 2023”. The other one should be without this text.

Add your character’s nickname and server in the post with the submitted screenshots.

One participant can send any number of decorations, but each must be posted in a separate post.

One participant can win only one prize.

Using items from the Tibia Store is allowed.

Edits of screenshots will be accepted in the form of expanding the area of the game window. Any kind of additional graphics decoration, framing, or editing of the content of the screenshots is not allowed.

Decorations created on OTS or in graphic programs will be disqualified.

TibiaFanart.com team members are not allowed to participate in the contest.

Please post your decorations in the forum topic dedicated to the contest.

Both creativity (DIY elements, interesting shapes and stacks) and aesthetics (overall appearance, care for details) of the work will be judged.

The site admin will post feedback in each post whether the submission complies with the rules and is valid or invalid (with an explanation).

Participation in the Valentine's Day Contest 2023 implies permission for TibiaFanart.com to use the attached decorations.

PRO TIP: Make sure to save your screenshots in .png format. Such images retain much better quality!

FAQ:

Q: How to upload screenshots?

A: Simply upload images on a popular hosting service, for example, Imgur, and paste a direct link to the graphic into the body of the post.

The direct link always ends with an image format, such as ".png", like this:

You can also use the built-in tool to upload the image.

Q: Can I cut out the game window, or cut only 1 room out of the house?

A: Sure thing!

Q: Can I post 2 levels of my house?

A: Yes, such a combination with the presentation of your decoration is allowed, provided that both levels are combined on 1 screenshot.

Example:

However, it is worth considering whether it is better to post both levels as two separate decorations.

Q: Can I make a decoration together with my partner?

A: Sure, however, the doubled number of decoration creators, does not involve doubling the award. You will have to share the prize, if any.

Q: Can I include 2 pairs of screenshots if I can't decide which version - with or without lighting effects - is better?

A: No problem.
